JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Ty's Toy Box customer service team is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers in a professional, accurate and timely manner. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Customer Service Representatives - (2 positions)
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for:
* Handling incoming customer calls on a multi-line phone system
* Answering customer inquiries by phone and e-mail
* Fulfilling customer orders on a daily basis
* Processing customer phone and online orders including order acknowledgments and department communications
* Investigating customer problems related to deliveries, returns, and credits
* Solving customer problems in a patient and professional manner
* Demonstrating superior customer service in building relationships and earning repeat orders
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILL SETS:
To qualify for these positions at TTB Marketplace, candidates must have:
* Customer-focus and detail-orientation
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent follow-up skills
* Reliable work ethic and dependable transportation

WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBERS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Ty's Toy Box warehouse team is responsible for the shipping and receiving of company orders in an accurate and timely manner. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Order Pullers - Order Pullers are responsible for filling the orders that are received from the Customer Service Department. We offer same-day shipping to our customers, and pullers are the ones who begin this process. They pull and assemble customer orders from the stock in our warehouse and prepare them to go to the shipping department.
Shippers - Shippers are responsible for continuing the process and getting the order packed and labeled for shipping. They check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness, assemble and seal boxes and prepare the labels and/or documents that are required for shipping. Shipments are then picked up from the warehouse by the appropriate carrier.
Receivers - Receivers are responsible for receiving, unloading and processing inbound shipments to our warehouse. They check inbound orders for accuracy and completeness, unpack shipments and stock shelves.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILL SETS:
To qualify for these positions at All Aboard Toys, candidates must have:
* Customer-focus and detail-orientation
* Reliable work ethic and dependable transportation
* Ability to thrive in a team environment and to cross-train with other warehouse team members
* Familiarity with computers and/or shipping software (preferred)
* Availability to work overtime and /or weekends (seasonal)
* Ability to lift 50 lbs.
* Ability to pass a drug test and background check
